Start a Return

We process returns as quickly as possible but may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items returned in their original packaging purchased from Stanley website within 30 days from date of delivery. We do not accept returns of customized items.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item’s must be new and the packaging unopened.
The item’s must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Missing kit items/opened items will not qualify for a refund.
The refund process may take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your returned package.
